Important: WeatherAlertPH is NOT an official government weather service. For official weather warnings, advisories, and emergency information, always consult PAGASA and the NDRRMC. Do not rely solely on this service for life-safety decisions.

By uploading photos or submitting content to WeatherAlertPH, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the site for the purpose of community weather reporting. Community photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or unrelated to weather conditions.
You agree not to use the Service to: distribute spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; scrape or harvest data in a way that disrupts the Service; or post false or misleading weather reports.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
